Andrea Eberle has been a field representative for Assemblymember Mark Stone since February of 2018. She works out of the Santa Cruz district office and focuses primarily on the issues of housing and education in the Santa Cruz and Santa Clara County portion of the Assembly district.

I am a graduate of UC Berkeley and a Golden Gate University School of Law. I practiced in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts but spent the last 35+ years working for California Rural Legal Assistance as a staff Attorney, Directing Attorney, and finally as Regional Director of Advocacy. At CRLA, I specialized in housing and labor issues as they affect low-income households. I retired from CRLA on January 3, 2020
Julie Conway, Housing Manager
County of Santa Cruz Planning
Julie has been working in the field of affordable housing since 1983 when she was displaced by redevelopment and became involved in the limited equity cooperative created to rebuild the old neighborhood in Minneapolis. Since that time, she has worked with local government and nonprofit organizations to create housing opportunities for low income families, farmworkers, immigrant communities and people experiencing domestic violence, homelessness, and mental illness.
