To keep our community safe and to flatten the inequitable curve of COVID+ cases, the Thriving Immigrants Collaborative (TIC) will provide the most up-to-date information in English and Spanish on what COVID-19 looks like in Santa Cruz County, how to continue keeping our families safe as the community re-opens. Register to hear directly from Santa Cruz County’s Health Officer, Dr. Gail Newel, on the latest data and demographics of COVID in SCC, updates from the state, SCC’s public health response, key community messages, and resources for people who test COVID+.  Salud Para La Gente medical provider, Dr. Flavio Cornejo DO, will present on individual and collective COVID prevention, where to get free testing, and where to access medical care if you don’t have health insurance.

Attendees will have a chance to ask questions and discuss their favorite ways to take care of themselves during difficult times.
